We interrupt our non-diet dietician series to look at what the Bible has to say about food rules. No one's trying to say that the Bible is completely against your diet, but it's very interesting how Paul encourages the church at Colossus to not take pride in their ability to follow rules (even food rules) because they are saved through the grace of Christ alone.

Today, Heather spends 7 minutes look at the passage in Colossians 2:16-23. Read along as you listen to get a greater understanding for yourself of what this scripture has to say to us and our tendency to want to justify ourselves through our ability to follow all the rules!
