Heather’s guest is a former client and new Facebook community manager, Tara Rothwell. Tara shares her story of fighting with food, body image issues, and other addictions. In today's episode, Tara shares about her experience in Heather’s group coaching program and how that has changed her body image issues and how his change has spilled over into other parts of her life, and brought positive change there too. Tara talks about how nervous she was to try group coaching, how she wondered if it could really work, and how God walked her on an amazing journey to a new place of body image freedom she never believed was possible. Tara also shares about the good friends she met on her coaching journey. Heather and Tara talk through how body image coaching can get you through awkward times in life-like trying on clothes at Target-and how Heather helped Tara through an emotionally tough spot.

Tara is our brand new Facebook group community manager. If you're looking for a place to connect with other Christian women who are struggling with body image and comparison issues the same way you are, Tara will be facilitating conversations in this group. Join today!
