It can feel tempting to respond to challenges with increased energy. If only we try harder and work longer or faster, than we’d conquer our challenges and whatever is escalating our anxiety. But Scripture tells us peace comes through resting in the One who holds our world in His hands.
In this episode, Jennifer Slattery, Tara Rye, and Tiffany Jones discuss the importance of taking time to simply sit in God’s presence. Learning to rest takes practice and intentionality but it may be one of the greatest ways we can actively fight our fears.
