As a mama to a 17-year-old and 19-year-old, I’ve been through the roller coaster of emotions, the social media mishaps, the friendship fiascos, and we’ve dealt with anxiety, depression and yes, bullies. I’ve also seen growth, joy, affirmation and hope in the midst of these things, and my goal is to equip you with resources and practical takeaways as you walk through your parenting journey.

Today, we’re going to take time to learn a little about Gen Z, who they are, how they communicate, how they see themselves and the world around them, and how they view security both in the world and in themselves as individuals.
