"March" does not mean "Ignore the Pain"
Often when we think about pushing forward, "March or Die", we think that we need to forget the hurt or pain that we may be experiencing. We think that if we just keep going, or grinding, or driving, or whatever term is currently popular in motivational videos, then we can pretend that everything is fine even when it isn't. While I am all for pushing hard and refusing to quit, that is not the same thing as failing to address the very real challenges we all experience. In fact, the only way that we can continue to "March", is by confronting those challenges so that we can keep moving forward. Today on the show I want to spend just a few minutes talking about what this looks like. How do we deal with the obstacles, and in fact learn and grow from them, while also putting one foot in front of the other? Let's look at three words that make this possible.
