A Prayer to Wait Patiently for the Lord
A prayer based on Psalm 13:5-6.
It was one of those, “terrible, horrible, no good, very bad” days. From the moment I woke up to find our air conditioner wasn't working during a hot Alabama summer, it was clear this day wasn't going in the best day ever column. Harsh words, disappointing news, and miserable heat blended together into what could, at best, be described as a hot mess of a day. I wanted a do over by 10:00 AM.
