In her new book, Finding Quiet: My Journey to Peace in an Anxious World (Bethany House, October 13, 2020) the Grammy-nominated recording artist opens up about her lifelong struggles with mental illness, and her dependence on Christ to help her discover moments of silence in an otherwise noisy world.
