The Science of Renewing Our Minds
When Paul tells us in Romans 12 not to “conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind” – what does he mean? What are the steps involved in renewing our minds?
Today I am diving back into our series by looking at the importance of integration of our minds. Pulling from neuroscience and clinical experience, in this episode I investigate the connection between our brains, bodies, and their part in defining the mind. Together we will explore a powerful definition of the mind and look into Scripture to see how even our thoughts and brain-body connections can help us know and be known deeply.
Additionally, we will outline the 4 main concepts of the mind: Embodiment, Relationality, Energy, and Information within the context of scripture.
